Hi, I’m Jessie, the president of Platform Performance Society. Having been part of Platform Performance Society for several years, I felt it was about time to take the reigns. It’s been such a massive part of my university experience, helping me to grow and meeting countless numbers of kind-hearted, talented people along the way.

 

I couldn’t be happier that the money we raise goes to Cavendish Cancer Care; providing support for cancer sufferers and their families is something that is very close to my heart, as I’m sure it is for much of the committee. The people at Cavendish do such an amazing job for the local Sheffield community; it’s really important that we keep supporting them so that they can keep providing their brilliant services.

 

I’m looking forward to the year ahead as President of Platform and can’t wait to see the society and it’s charitable efforts improve leaps and bounds with such a fantastic committee.
